EXTERNAL MODIFICATIONS NOTICE
All external modification must be approved by the Board of Directors. A detailed set of plans must be submitted to the Board of Directors when seeking approval. The owner of the unit, to which the external modfications are occurring, must also receive all applicable approvals from Summit County, as well as the Buffalo Mountain Metro District. Any work completed, and not approved by these governing bodies, may be required to be undone. The Board of Directors and the HOA, do not take any responsiblity in ascertaining whether a particular project has met the requirements of other governing bodies.
