Repairs & Maintenance

We know what makes your mountain retreat an actual retreat; not needing to repair things whenever you're here. That's where Red Mountain can help out. We have a staff of experienced craftwmen and technicians that are able to fix most anything. We take pride in how we complete a repair and work hard to ensure that you ar just as proud of the outcome. We are fully bonded and insured so you can rest assured that your mountain house is safe. here is a list of some of the repairs we offer:

  • Window screen replacement
  • Door replacement
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Replacing shower cartridges
  • Interior painting
  • Minor plumbing leaks
  • Replacement of light fixtures or ceiling fans
  • Replacement of faucets or shower heads

Cleanings

Unfortunately, due to staff constraints, we are not able to offer cleaning services at this time.  Please check back at a later time.

Security Checks

One of the largest benefits that we offer to homeowners is a Security Check. We've all had those moments when we can't remember if we left a window open or if we locked the front door. By having Red Mountain complete a security check, we can make sure that your home in the mountains stays secure while you're away. All of our employees are fully vetted (as to reputations and honesty) and are covered by insurance and a bond. Here is a list of what we do on security checks:

  • Check to make sure that all windows/doors are closed and secured
  • Make sure that no appliances have been left on
  • Make sure that water is still running to all fixtures and that there are no visible leaks
  • Check to make sure that the thermostat is set for the "season"
  • Visual inspection for roof and window leaks, or damage coming from a neighboring unit
  • Overall check for safety and well-being of anyone occupying the unit

If we find something is broken (and it is not an emergency), we contact the owner to see what they would like us to do. Many times we can fix any problem within the day that it is discovered.
